Hyperconverged System solutions and their Benefits

By implementing a hyperconverged infrastructure, companies can benefit from different system strengths:

    Many virtualization solutions now offer the inherent ability to form on-host storage clusters, eliminating the need for expensive external SAN hardware.

HCI: Infrastructure for Hyperconverged Systems

Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct - S2D 
In the Data Centre editions of the current Windows servers, Microsoft also took a hyperconverged storage approach by integrating the option for creating storage pools across hosts. With automatic tiering and caching on low latency NVMe Drives, Hyper-V with Storage Spaces Direct is a cost-effective alternative for hyperconverged virtualization clusters.

Together with SuperMicro, HAPPYWARE offers you certified appliances for Microsoft S2D deployments. In addition, we also provide individually configured and optimized systems to meet your requirements.

In many cases, however, it makes sense to use established software-defined storage products such as SANsymphony-V from DataCore - in particular for business-critical data and applications.
