Certified quality management at HAPPYWARE: Transparency and highest standards for smooth processes
As a company we are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, our certified quality management representatives (QMR) Mr. Jürgen Kabelitz and Mr. Holger Hennig, oversee the necessary procedure, corresponding assurance and set requirements. The focus is on quality, the environment, occupational health and safety, economic efficiency and health.
HAPPYWARE HQ is ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified to ensure that everyone involved in the company benefits from our continuous improvements.
Our QMR take over central tasks in the company:
- Implementation of the HAPPYWARE quality policy
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system
- Maintenance of quality management documentation

Seit 2005 gibt es unseren Online-Shop mit integriertem Online-Konfigurator für den direkten Einkauf von kundenspezifischen Servern, Storages und Workstations. Im Jahr 2009 haben wir unsere Kompetenzen auf den Bereich Computerclustering, Virtualisierungsserver und Speicherlösungen ausgeweitet. Im Jahr 2013 haben wir unser Know-how im Bereich Embedded Solutions weiterentwickelt und im Jahr 2014 haben wir einen besonderen Fokus auf Lösungen mit dem IoT (Internet of Things) gelegt. Wir haben Ende 2016 mit unserem Server & Lösungen für die Vermietung von Lagern. Im Jahr 2017 bereiten wir unsere Cloud-Storage-Lösungen, dedizierten Server, komplette dedizierte Infrastruktur zum Mieten und vieles mehr vor.
