Established in 1999 HAPPYWARE is your leading specialist in Europe when it comes to servers and their diverse applications.
We concentrate on the distribution of Server & Enterprise grade components, the production of server and storage systems as well as turnkey and individual IT solutions.
Our competent service team with its technical knowledge offer support to our customers ensuring any questions are answered and by supplying required information. To date, we have delivered well over 100,000 units to more than 8,000 satisfied customers from all over the world. These include system houses, small and medium-sized enterprises, corporate groups and public institutions, for example in research and development.

The HAPPYWARE Success Story
From a start-up in Hamburg to an international provider of modern server infrastructures!
HAPPYWARE was originally founded in 1999 as a distribution company. In response to the growing demand for complete systems, we began manufacturing our own server and storage systems in 2000. Through consistent development in this area, we successfully established ourselves in the market. As part of our expansion, the product portfolio was extended to include high-end workstations.
Since 2005, an online configurator has been an integral part of our online shop. This enables our customers to configure their desired server in just a few minutes. In 2006, the first delivery of HPC clusters followed, along with an expansion into the field of virtual systems.
In 2008, we received ISO 9001 certification, followed in 2015 by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. In 2013, the first GPU server left our factory. At the same time, we expanded our expertise in embedded solutions and successfully implemented projects for the IoT “Internet of Things.”
In 2014, HAPPYWARE Server Europe GmbH was established as the European headquarters. With the new warehouse in southern Hamburg in 2022 and the founding of Happyware Server Turkey in 2024, we further expanded our international presence.
During these years, we realized exciting data center projects such as the first private cloud project in 2016, an NVIDIA GPU cluster for deep learning in 2018, and the first OCP datacenter in 2024 – among many others.
Today, we are represented in 47 countries worldwide. Our customers – from small and medium-sized businesses to data centers and large enterprises – benefit from our server expert consulting and long-standing expertise.
