If our numerous warranty packages do not completely meet your needs, we will be happy to compile an individual warranty solution for your IT. This results in you not having to fall back on a prefabricated warranty package that doesn't exactly cover your needs, but you can instead rely on a tailor-made warranty package from HAPPYWARE that specifically fits your requirements. So your servers are always in good and competent hands - just as you want it to be.

How much do the different HAPPYWARE warranty packages cost?
Customers can opt for one of the various warranty packages for the server systems manufactured by us. Due to the fact that we custom build many of our systems, each project can differ substantially, regarding equipment, demand and error susceptibility.
With this in mind, the price for the required warranty package is given according to which server the warranty applies. Packages for other CTO ("Configure-to-order") systems manufactured by us are also available on request. We always work closely with our customers to find a warranty package that is both cost-effective and covers the most significant threats to their IT.

Repair & On-Site Service – With HAPPYWARE service solutions, you are on the safe side
The failure of business-critical servers, storage systems, or workstations can have significant economic consequences. For this reason, we offer our customers fast and professional repair services specifically for server systems. Whether via remote support or on-site repair, we ensure that your systems are restored to operational status as quickly as possible – including servers from third-party vendors.
Our service experts repair server solutions from manufacturers such as Supermicro or Tyan, as well as servers from a wide range of other vendors. Even after the warranty period has expired or if your previous supplier no longer offers repair services, we continue to support you reliably with our comprehensive service portfolio.
The HAPPYWARE repair service ensures fast fault resolution and restores your server infrastructure to a stable and high-performance operating state.

- On-site service:With our on-site service you are covered for all eventualities. If there is a problem with your server, we will send one of our competent employees directly to you to take care of the problem on site. On-site service not only reduces downtime, but also enables better fault analysis.
- Remote Service: With our Remote Support Tool we can carry out trouble shooting competently and reliably.
- Support: Whether you’re experiencing issues with your server or have questions about individual components, simply create a ticket in our HAPPYWARE Service Portal. Our knowledgeable support team will gladly answer all your questions and help resolve any problems efficiently.

Some server-systems are very specific, which makes repair more difficult. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with renowned manufacturers such as Intel, GIGABYTE, Supermicro and more, we are usually able to carry out even the most difficult repairs ourselves – such as a defective chipset on a motherboard. Thanks to our close contacts with our partners, we can also forward your systems directly to the manufacturer.
Important: Please note that physically damaged components cannot normally be repaired, but must be replaced with new components
